Am sa pastrez traditia in fiecare an si am sa va arat produsele pe care le-am folosit cel mai des. Nu-mi vine sa cred ca a trecut deja un an de cand am facut asta pentru prima oara :)) Anyway, acestea sunt produsele mele preferate pentru 2011! Sper sa va placa.

 Pentru astazi v-am pregatit un post cu aer de vara. :) Am sa va arat produsele esentiale pentru mine in acest anotimp atat de calduros. Totusi, nu cred ca are rost sa mai pomenim si de geluri de dus, sampoane, deodorante si alte chestii esentiale, nu?:))

 Today i've prepared a summery post for you guys. Basically, I will show you the products I can't live without in the summer. I think it's useless to mention essential stuff like shower gels, shampoo and deodorants, right?:)) So let's start:

And here are the products (or the type of products) that I can't take my hands off in the summer:

 It really helps and you know it!:) If you don't, you should really try this. It soothes sun burns, sets your make-up and it's really good to keep in your bag for that moments when you feel exhausted from the heat.

3. Aplic o lotiune/crema matifianta inainte sa imi incep machiajul:

I apply a matifying lotion before I start my make-up:

 O crema de genul acesta ajuta foarte mult fetele ca mine, cu tenul gras sau mixt. Din cauza caldurii fata tinde sa straluceasca si mai mult, iar o crema matifianta devine esentiala. Daca nu aveti SPF in ea, ca in cazul de mai sus, puteti sa aplicati dupa o crema cu SPF, sau sa aveti factor de protectie solara in primer-ul si fondul de ten folosit. Eu cand folosesc aceasta lotiune aplic primer cu SPF20 si fond de ten cu SPF 15-20, in functie de cel pe care il aleg.

 A cream like this helps your make-up to stay in place a lot longer. The girls that have a complexion like mine (oily or mixed) know what I mean. From all the heat our face is way more shinyer and a matifying cream really does the trick. If you don't have FPS in it, like the product I'm presenting above, you should at least try to have it in your primer and your foundation. When I aplly this lotion, I like to use a primer with FPS20 and a foundation with FPS15-20, depending on what I will choose to use that day.

4. Prefer un fond de ten usor - mineral sau cu putere de acoperire mica.

I prefer a light foundation - mineral or with lower coverage.

 Preferatul meu este fondul de ten cu minerale de la Avon, sunt nedezlipita de el toata vara, insa imi place si fondul de ten de la Nyx, este foarte fresh, nu acopera prea mult, insa uniformizeaza frumos culoarea tenului. Totusi, parca vara prefer sa folosesc fond de ten sub forma de pudra, iar iarna ma axez pe cele lichide.

 My favorite is Avon Smooth mineral foundation, I can not get my hands of it all summer! I aslo like the fresh foundation from Nyx. It has low coverage, but it evens the skin very nicely. However, I prefer mineral foundation instead of liquid foundation in the summer. It's just my choice!:)

5. Un balsam de buze care sa refaca buzele crapate si/sau arse de soare:

A lip balm that regenerates chapped & sunburned lips:

Este esential si cand mergeti la plaja, dar si for everyday use. Ideal ar fi sa aiba si SPF. :)

It's essential for a day at the beach but also for everyday use.  And It would be ideal to have FPS in it. 

6. Rimel rezistent la apa / Waterproof mascara:

 Trebuie sa aveti un rimel rezistent la apa pentru zilele in care mergeti sa va balaciti ☺ si totusi nu vreti sa renuntati la genele rimelate (asa ca mine).

 You must have a waterproof mascara for the days when you want to wallow in the water and you still want to have flirty lashes (like I do). :)

7. Un spray de par cu efect revitalizant sau un sampon uscat:
A revitalizing hair spray or a dry shampoo:

 Din cauza caldurii tindem sa ne spalam si mai des parul, insa un produs de acest gen ar putea sa mai lungeasca procesul cu o zi.

 Because of the heat we tend to wash our hair more often and a product like this can revitalize the hair so you can delay the process one more day.

8. Crema hidratanta si crema exfolianta pentru picioare:
Hydratating foot cream and exfoliating foot gel: 

 Daca ne dorim ca picioarele noastre sa arate frumos si ingrijit, fara calcaie uscate si crapate, este esential sa le acordam si lor putina atentie. Eu rezolv problema cu un gel exfoliant aplicat la fiecare dus si cu o crema hidratanta speciala pentru picioare.

 If we want our feet to look nice and neat and without dry heels, it's essential to give them some attention. I solve the problem with an exfoliating gel applied everytime I shower and with a hydratating cream, applied afterwards. 

9. Un parfum usor/fresh.
A light/fresh perfume:

 Daca acum cativa ani nu aveam nicio problema si aplicam parfumuri orientale/lemnoase/vanilate in timpul verii, acum nu mai pot. Ma orientez spre parfumuri cat mai fresh si usoare, care sa nu ma ameteasca mai tare decat caldura. Este timp pentru cele mai puternice in celelalte anotimpuri. Preferatul meu este Carolina Herrera - 212. Are un miros...curat pe care il iubesc din tot sufletul. :X

 If a few years ago I had no problem with applying woody/oriental/vanilla perfumes in the summer, now I can't do that anymore. I like fresh & light perfumes, that don't make me more dizzy than all the heat outside. I have time to use the stronger ones in the fall/winter. My favorite one is Carolina Herrera - 212. So fresh & clean. :X

10. Lacuri de unghii in culori vibrante
Vibrant nail polishes:

 Vara este anotimpul ideal pentru a purta asemenea culori! Oja de mai sus este preferata mea pentru pedichiura pe timpul verii. In ceea ce priveste manichiura, folosesc toate culorile curcubeului...pe rand, bineinteles!:))

 The summer is the perfect season to use colors like this! I like to use the nail polish presented above for my pedicure. Regarding my manicure, I use all the colors of the rainbow...one at a time, of course!:))

Tips:Ramaneti consecventi in tratamentul parului gras si folositi produsele aproximativ 5-6 saptamani pana se vor produce schimbari la nivelul metabolismului scalpului.

Be consistent in the oily hair treatment and use the product for about 5-6 weeks until there are certain changes in the scalp metabolism.

Parerea mea / My opinion:

 Am asteptat cu mare nerabadare lansarea acestei game deoarece am parul gras de cand ma stiu si este o adevarata corvoada sa il spal la fiecare doua zile. Desi nu mi-am luat toata gama si m-am axat doar pe ser, iata parerile mele despre el:

♥ in primul si primul rand ador mirosul care se aseamana cu Head & Shoulders Menthol. Ador sa simt mirosul mentolat in par, mereu mi-a placut. Si ce imi place si mai mult e ca persista, chiar se simte in par o zi intreaga dupa ce te-ai spalat.

♥ pretul este si el unul acceptabil - aproximativ 15 lei si se gaseste in toate supermarket-urile;

♥ il folosesc de aproximativ 2 luni si pot sa spun ca mai am 20% din produs, deci nu se termina atat de usor;

♥ am procedat intocmai ca in instructiuni si l-am aplicat dupa fiecare spalare, la radacina parului si am masat bine timp de 3 minute;

♥ dupa aproximativ 3 saptamani rezultatele au inceput sa apara, iar in momentul de fata a lungit procesul de spalare cu o zi si jumatate. As putea sa stau si 4 zile cu el nespalat, dar ca o preferinta personala, prefer sa il spal la 3 zile, fiind si vara.

♥ de asemenea am observat ca efectul este oarecum pe termen lung, au fost zile in care am uitat sa il aplic, insa nu a fost nevoie sa ma spal mai des pe cap;

♥ voi continua sa il folosesc cu sfintenie si nu ma voi opri la aceasta sticluta. Iar cand voi mai termina din sampoanele pe care le detin acum, il voi incerca si pe cel din aceasta gama, cu siguranta se completeaza frumos.

 In final vreau sa va spun ca nu credeam ca o sa existe vreodata produsul care sa imi rezolve cat de cat problema parului gras. Da, l-am cumparat desi eram 99% sigura ca nu o sa aiba vreun efect. Ma bucur din tot sufletul ca l-am incercat si ca mi se potriveste. Ii voi ramane fidela! Si nu, Gerovital nu m-a platit sa le fac reclama...:)) Dar se pare ca eu ma inteleg foarte bine cu produsele lor. Ma declar fana!:)

 Multe dintre voi m-ati intrebat in ultimele luni cum am reusit sa scap de nesuferita acnee. Am tot stat si m-am gandit daca ar fi momentul sa scriu acest post, insa au trecut deja 4 luni de cand nu mai am probleme si m-am hotarat sa va povestesc totusi cum am procedat eu.

 Nu pot sa spun ca am avut acnee severa, daca era asa nu as fi avut curaj sa iau situatia in propriile maini si m-as fi dus direct la dermatolog. Oricum eram hotarata sa o fac daca nici metoda aceasta nu ar fi functionat. Si desi nu am avut acnee severa, eram in punctul in care imi era rusine sa ies din casa fara fond de ten pe fata. Nu pot sa va explic cat de frustrant e sa te trezesti dimineata si sa nici nu iti vina sa te machiezi sau sa iesi in lume din cauza problemelor de pe fata. Acneea vine impreuna cu mult stres si in cazuri mai serioase chiar cu depresii. Thank god, eu nu am ajuns pana acolo. Dar stiu ca multe dintre voi intelegeti ce spun eu acum si stiti senzatia. :)

 Problemele mele au aparut prin noiembrie si au tinut toata iarna, nu eram obisnuita cu acneea si nu mai avusesem probleme pana atunci (poate doar in limita normala, in adolescenta). V-am mai povestit ca am folosit Vichy Tri-Active, care pe termen lung cred ca a facut mai mult rau decat bine si La Roche Possay Effaclar-Duo, care nu a avut nici el prea multe efecte asupra tenului meu la momentul acela...

 Intr-o zi am descoperit blogul Corinei  pe care de atunci il recomand tuturor fetelor care ma intreaba despre acnee. Trebuie sa il cititi pentru ca aveti foarte multe de invatat, fie ca aveti acnee sau nu, Corina atinge multe subiecte interesante, nu numai cele despre acnee.

Pe blogul ei am gasit un articol despre Brevoxyl, pe care m-am si hotarat sa il incerc.

[Many of you have asked me in the past few months how i managed to get rid of my nasty acne. I was wondering if i should do this post, but 4 months have passed since i have no problems, so i decided to tell you my story after all!

 I cannot say that i had severe acne, if it was so, i wouldn't have had the courage to take the problem into my own hands and i would have gone directly to the dermatologist. However, i was determined to do it if this metod didn't work either. And although i didn't have severe acne, i was in that point where i was ashamed to leave the house without applying foundation on my face. I can not explain how frustrating it is to wake up in the morning and look at your face in the mirror. I didn't wanted to apply make-up or to go out like that! Acne comes with a lot of stress, and in some cases with depresion. Wasn't my case, thank god...i didn't got there! But i know a lot of you know what i'm talking about! It's so important to have a clean face!

 My problems started in November and they lasted all winter. I wasn't used to have acne, this wasn't a problem for me until then, maybe just within normal limits, as i was a teenager, or 2-3-4 pimples, once a month, when i got my period.

 I have told you that i used Vichy Tri-active, which i think it did more harm than good in the long run, and La Roche Possay Effaclar Duo - that had almost no effect on my skin.

And then, one day i discovered Corina's blog - she writes in romanian but you can translate with Google or something.) and her posts about acne really helped me. On her blog i found an article about peroxide bezoil and i decided to try that metod.]

Nu am sa stau sa-i fac un review, pentru ca nu sunt chiar in masura si pentru ca oricum veti gasi toate informatiile necesare pe blogul Corinei, insa am sa va povestesc EXPERIENTA MEA.

 Am inceput sa-l folosesc pe cand mai aveam aproximativ 20% din tubul de Effaclar Duo. Am intrebat-o pe Corina si mi-a spus ca e ok sa le folosesc in paralel. Asa am si facut. 

[I won't do a review on this, because i'm not the appropriate person to do this and because you can find a better one on Corina's blog, but i will tell you about MY EXPERIENCE with it.

I started using it while i had about 20% of the Effaclar Duo tube. I asked Corina if it's ok to use them both and she agreed. So i did.]

Astfel, ritualul meu zilnic suna cam asa/ So, my everyday rutine was kind of like this:

Seara/ At night:

- dupa demachiere, imi curatam fata cu gel de curatare specific pentru ten acneic  (in acel moment foloseam Ivatherm - Ivapur, iar acum folosesc Gerovital Plant Stop Acnee, ambele foarte bune din punctul meu de vedere);

[after i removed my make-up i used a gel cleanser for oily skin ( in that moment i used Ivapur from Ivatherm and now i use Gerovital Plant Stop Acne)];

- aplicam Brevoxyl pe toata fata - in strat subtire;

[ i applied peroxide benzoil in a thin layer];

- dupa 10 minute aplicam o crema hidratanta (in cazul meu Gerovital Plant - crema hidratanta);

[after 10 minutes, i applied a moisurizer in my case - Gerovital Plant - hydratating cream];

Dimineata/ In the morning:

- imi curatam din nou tenul cu gelul de curatare

[i cleaned my face with the same gel cleanser];

- aplicam Effaclar Duo, impreuna cu o crema cu SPF (acum nu mai am Effaclar Duo si folosesc dimineata ori crema matifianta Nivea, ori solutia matifianta de la Sephora)

[ i applied Effaclar Duo along with a sun screen cream (now i don't have (or need) Effaclar Duo anymore so i use Nivea mattifying cream or Sephora mattifying lotion.];

 In aproximativ o saptamana tenul meu a inceput sa se curete.  Intr-o luna scapasem de aproape cosurile de pe fata, desi ramasesem cu niste semne de care am scapat destul de greu, dar ajungem si la asta.

- in momentul de fata folosesc Brevoxy o data la 2-3 zile, tot seara si este totul ok, cosurile nu au re-aparut.

[ In about a week my pimples started to dissapear. In a month almost all my pimples were gone, even though i still had some spots.

- now i use peroxid benzoil only every 2-3 days and everything is ok, my skin is still clean].

Pentru petele de pe fata am folosit o perioada/ For the spots i used for a while:

- crema anti-imperfectiuni Gerovital Plant, insa am lasat-o deoparte pana in toamna, deoarece este recomandat sa fie folosita in anotimpurile reci.

[anti-imperfections cream from Gerovital Plant, but i left it aside for the summer. It is recommended to be used only in the cold seasons.]

- in prezent folosesc tratamentul in 4 pasi pentru dermoabraziune Anew Clinical de la Avon si sunt foarte multumita de el:

Si poate cel mai important a fost sa nu mai imi umblu cu mainile pe fata. :)) Pe cuvant! Inca mai am cateva pete, dar ma ocup de ele. :)

[And perhaps the most important thing was not to put my hands all over my face. :)) I'm serious! I still have some spots, but i'm working on it!]

Asa arata tenul meu acum. Am fond de ten pe fata, insa cred ca va puteti face o idee, nu am folosit mult:

Este needitata si puteti da zoom, am lasat-o destul de mare / it is unedited and you can zoom it if you like!

Gerovital Plant Stop Acnee

 L-am cumparat la recomandarea lui Choco (mersiii) si nu regret. E la fel de bun ca cele de la Iwostin si Ivatherm pe care le-am detinut anterior. Si in plus, este foarte ieftin - 12 lei.

 [This was recommended  to me by Choco (tnx) and i don't regret buying it!!! It's as good as the ones from Iwostin or Ivatherm. And it's a lot cheaper (about 4 $).]

Lotiune de corp & gel de dus / Body lotion & body wash

Sephora

 M-am indragostiiiit de mirosul care este o combinatie intre vanilie si caramele. Vreau full size! Acum! :))

Lotiunea de corp am folosit-o doar pe maini, atat de mult imi place! Mi se pare geniala gama pentru baie de la Sephora (desi sunt cam scumpe).

 [I feel in love with the smell which is a combination of vanilla and caramel. Yummy! I want one in full size...nooow!:)) I used the body lotion only on my hands, that's how much i like it! I think the bath line from Sephora is brilliant (pricy though).]

Marionnaud Body Scrub

 O alta gama pentru baie care mi se pare la fel de geniala este cea de la Marionnaud. Va prezint doar scrub-ul,  deoarece celelalte doua produse sunt cam folosite (gelul de dus si crema de dus), insa toate mi-au placut la fel de mult. Planuiesc sa-mi iau si lotiuni de corp din aceasta gama. Btw, sunt mai ieftine ca cele de la Sephora, iar calitatea poate este chiar superioara. :)

 [Another bath line that i find amazing is the one from Marionnaud. I will show you only the scrub, because the other two products that i received with this one are pretty much used (the shower gel & shower cream). But i loved them all and i want to buy body lotions from this range too. And btw, they are a lot cheaper then the ones from Sephora...and i think the quality is better too.]
