Review & Photos: MAC Rebel Lipstick (Satin)

I had this lipstick on my wishlist for so long...you can't even imagine! This was a product that I knew I would love and use, so I didn't feel guilty for the splurge (in Romania we pay about $30 for a MAC lipstick...crazy, I know!). Since I got it, I've been using it like crazy! It's perfect for autumn and since I already use a lot of burgundy's and browns in the colder months, this goes along perfectly!

Mi-am dorit acest ruj de atata timp...nici macar nu va puteti imagina! Cand am intrat pentru prima data in magazinul MAC, dupa ce mi-am inchis gura din cauza uimirii si fericirii, am intrebat de rujul Rebel! :)) Acesta a fost un produs pe care stiam ca il voi folosi si iubi, asa ca nu m-am simtit vinovata pentru cei aproape 100 lei pe care i-am dat pe el (92 lei). De cand l-am cumparat, pot spune ca l-am folosit in exces! Este perfect pentru toamna si pentru nuantele de burgundy si maro pe care imi place sa le port in anotimpurile reci! 

MAC lipsticks have different finishes (but I guess you already know that!) like: Matte, Retro Matte, Satin, Amplified, Cremesheen, Lustre, Glaze, Frost, etc. Rebel has a "Satin" finish and that means that it's semi-matte, but not drying. It also lasts on the lips a long, long time! It stains them too and that's the thing I love the most about it! One time (on band camp...just kidding ha ha) when I went to MAC and I tried on a nude lipstick, I  wanted to take of my Rebel with a wet wipe and I just couldn't (after wearing it all day)...so you can make an idea about the lasting power and all! Love it! Also, MAC lipsticks smell like vanilla...another thing I love!

Rujurile MAC au diferite finish-uri, ca de ex.: Matte, Retro Matte, Satin, Amplified, Cremesheen, Lustre, Frost, Glaze. Rebel face parte din categoria "Satin" si rezista pe buze foarte mult si de asemenea, le pateaza: un aspect care mie imi place la nebunie, deoarece imi place sa raman cu putina culoare pe buze chiar si dupa ce mi-am sters rujul. Cand am fost la MAC si am incercat un ruj nude, am incercat sa sterg orice urma de Rebel (dupa ce il purtasem toata ziua) cu un servetel umed si nu am reusit...deci va puteti face o idee!:)) De asemenea, rujurile MAC miros a vanilie...un alt aspect care am incanta! Stiti ca iubesc vanilia!
